JAMMU, July 11: The Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir Government today ordered transfer and posting of two members of the J&K Accounts Service.
As per an order Belal Ahmad Bilal, Chief Accounts Officer, Cluster University Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Chief Accounts Officer, Chief Engineer Irrigation and Flood Control vice Afsha Mehraj Kak, who has been transferred and posted as Chief Accounts Officer, Cluster University Kashmir vice Belal Ahmad Bilal.
Kak has also been asked to hold the charge of Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of Industries and Commerce Kashmir in addition to her own duties till Nishad Akhtar returns from leave.
