JAMMU, Aug 31: Government has promoted two Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) officers, Hakim Riyaz –ul-Haq and Rameshwar Kumar to the rank of Deputy Secretaries and posted in the General Administrative Department (GAD).
An order to this effect was issued by GAD here today.
