KATHUA, Aug 8: The Forest team today removed encroachment on 2 kanals of forest land and smashed a structure raised there at Kagrore village in Basohli area today.
Reports said the Forest team headed by Satpal, DFO Billawar and assisted by police party from Basohli and Naib Tehsildar today organised well coordinated operation at Kagrore village in Basohli tehsil and removed encroachment on 2 kanal of Forest land. The land grabber Jasbir Singh, son of Sadhu Ram had raised a temporary (tin) structure there. Entire structure was razed and encroachment removed by Forest men. Conservator of Forests, East Circle Jammu, B M Sharma was coordinating the operation.
