JAMMU, Oct 25: Government today ordered transfers and postings of two KAS officers and release of Selection Grade and Special Scale to 21 and 18 officers, respectively.
According to an order, Musheer Ahmed, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Controller of Examinations, J&K Services Selection Board, with immediate effect.
“Azeeta Seher Qureshi, Junior Scale KAS officer of 2013 batch, presently posted as Assistant Director in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted in J&K Government Grievance Cell (Camp office Srinagar) with immediate effect”, another Government order said.
In another order issued today, Government, in terms of Non-Functional (Monetary) Scheme (NFS) notified vide SRO-198 dated 25-04-2018, has accorded sanctioned to the release of Selection Grade (non-functional) of Rs 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs 7600 (pre-revised) of the J&K Administrative Service in favour of 21 officers.
Out of 21 officers, two officers namely Abdul Aziz Sheikh and Khurshid Ahmad Shah have been released Selection Grade notionally with effect from 1-7-2014 and on regular basis with effect from 1-4-2018 while Abid Hussain, Bharat Singh, Jyoti Rani Slathia and Krishan Lal have been released Selection Grade notionally with effect from 1-1-2015 and on regular basis with effect from 1-4-2018. Rajneesh Gupta, Jahangir Hashmi, Dr Subhash Chander and Parvez Sajad Ganai have been released Selection Grade notionally w.e.f 1-1-2017 and on regular basis w.e.f 1-4-2018.
Remaining nine officers namely Anju Gupta, Ashiq Hussain Lily, Malikzada Sheraz-ul-Haq, Rajnish Kumar, Inam-ul-Haq Sidiqui, Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, Shokat Mehmood, Des Raj Bhagat and Shabir Ahmad Raina have been released Selection Grade notionally w.e.f 1-1-2016 and on regular basis w.e.f 1-4-2018.
Meanwhile, in another order issued today, Government, in terms of Non-Functional (Monetary) Scheme notified vide SRO-198 dated 25-04-2018, accorded sanction to the release of Special Scale (Non-functional) of Rs 37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay of Rs 8700 (pre-revised) of the J&K Administrative Service, on notional basis with effect from 1-1-2018 and on regular basis with effect from 1-4-2018 in favour of 18 officers.
The officers are Abdul Rashid War, Hashmat Ali Yatoo, Mohammad Akbar Wani, Munir-ul-Islam, Mohammad Harun, Sajad Hussain Ganai, Manmohan Singh, Khalid Jahangir, Manisha Sarin, Mathora Masoom, Indu Kanwal Chib, Mushtaq Ahmad, Angrez Singh Rana, Abdul Hafiz Shah, Abdul Salam Mir, Moses Kunzang, Ramesh Chander and Arun Kumar Manhas.
