JAMMU, June 3: The Government today transferred two KAS officers and placed two other senior officers in the higher scale.
M D Rather, Dy Commissioner Commercial Taxes ( Recoveries) Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Secretary J&K State Commission for Women, relieving Gazanffer Hussain, secretary, J&K State Information Commission of the additional charge.
Shahnawaz Bukhari, Deputy Secretary to Government School Education Department has been shifted and posted as Dy Commissioner Commercial Taxes, Srinagar vice Mr Rather.
The Government also placed Dr Abdul Kabir Dar, Director Indian System of Medicines to the common pool posts for the HoDs in the higher scale. Another senior officer Ishtiaq Ahmed Hamal, Development Commissioner Works has also been placed in the same pay scale.
