REASI, Dec 26: In separate accidents, two persons were killed and two others sustained serious injuries, here since last night.
One Person died while another was injured as tractor along with trolley rolled down into Hariwala Nahlah, Thuroo on Budhan – Dharmari road.
The deceased was identified as Abdul Rashid, age 52 years, son of Wali Mohd, resident of Budhan tehsil Thuroo, district Reasi. He reportedly died on the spot.
The injured, identified as Mudassar, son of Mohd Rafiq, resident of Purana Jandar, Budhan tehsil Thuroo, was shifted to CHC Arnas for treatment.
Driver of the tractor, namely Talib Hussain, age 35 years, son of Ibrahim, resident of Lancha tehsil Thuroo, fled away after the accident.
Meanwhile, another person died when a tractor along with trolley rolled down into a deep gorge in Thub Thanole area of Panassa, tehsil Thakrakote, last night.
Dead person was identified as Mohd Akram, age around 26 years, son of Mohd Hussain, resident of Nallah Panassa, tehsil Thakrakote. Another person on the tractor, identified as Inshaq Hussain, son of Noor Din, resident of Kalwa Sajroo, tehsil Mahore received series injuries in the accident.
After giving him first aid in District Hospital Reasi, doctors referred the injured to GMC Hospital Jammu.
