SAMBA, June 15: Police has arrested two miscreants in the jurisdiction of Police Station (PS) Bari Brahmana and recovered two sharp edged weapons (Toka) from their possession.
A police party of Police Station Bari Brahmana headed by SHO PS Bari Brahmana during vehicle checking at naka Kala Gate, Bari Brahmana, intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration Number, JK02CT-6755 coming from Smailpur side for its checking. During checking, two sharp edged weapons (Toka) have been recovered from the possession of two miscreants identified as Happy Chib, son of Joginder Singh and Arun Singh son of Dhyan Singh both resident of Smailpur tehsil Bari Brahmana district Samba.
Both the miscreants have been arrested and sharp edged weapons have also been seized.
A case FIR No. 75/2024 U/S 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station, Bari Brahmana and investigation started.
