UDHAMPUR, Oct 29: Udhampur Police today arrested two narcotic smugglers from Tikri and recovered 10 grams of contraband substance heroin from them.
The accused persons, namely Sunny Singh, son of Pawan Singh of Supply Morh, Udhampur and Sunny, son of Mohan Lal of Omara Morh, Udhampur, were travelling in an Alto car (JK20B-2760), which was intercepted by a Police party, led by SHO Rehambal, Nishant Gupta and Incharge PP Tikri, Jaswinder Singh.
Police arrested the accused persons and seized the recovered Heroin. In this connection, a case FIR number 237/2021, U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at PS Rehambal and further investigation is underway.
