2 non-locals among 3 peddlers held

SRINAGAR, July 6: Continuing its drive against drug peddlers, police today arrested three peddlers and recovered 23 kilograms of fukki and 61 bottles of prescription drugs from their possession.
A police spokesman said after receiving specific information, police recovered 23 kilograms of fukki from Manjinder Singh and Raj Singh. Both the held peddlers hail from Ludhiana city of Punjab. A case has been registered against the duo and probe has been started.
In South Kashmir’s Shopian district, police arrested Myser Ahmad Yatoo, who is a resident of Charimarg, Zainapora and recovered 61 bottles of prescription drugs from his possession. A case has been registered in this regard.
