RAJOURI, Oct 23: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary today placed two employees of Rural Development Department (RDD), under suspension.
The action was taken by the Deputy Commissioner during his visit to Kalakote today to review various development works. Dr Shahid during surprise visit to the office of Block Development Officer, Kalakote found two employees unauthorisedly absent from duty. He immediately placed both of them under suspension.
They have been identified as MPW, Jaswant Singh and Technical Assistant, Kuldip Singh of Rural Development Department. The DC also directed the BDO to withhold the salary of the employees against whom action was taken.
