Srinagar, Sept 13: Police today said that two residential houses were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Bandipora and Kupwara district of Valley.
A police spokesman said fire broke out in the residential house of Khursheed Ahmad Parray of Khos Mohalla in Hajin Town of Bandipora district, resulting in partial damage to the house. “Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and police,” he said.
Meanwhile, the spokesman said, the blaze broke out in the residential house belonging to Mohammad Hussain Mughal of Reshiwari village in Awoora area of Kupwara district, resulting in partial damage to the house. Locals of the area brought fire under control, the spokesman added.
