Srinagar, Dec 5: Two residential houses were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Valley.
A police spokesman said the fire broke out in the joint residential house of Ghulam Qadir Wani and Abdul Ahad Wani, both residents of Zub Magam in Handwara area of Kupwara district, resulting in damage to the structure.
“Fire tenders with the help of police and locals brought the blaze under control,” he said.
The spokesman said in another incident the fire broke out in the residential house of Nazir Hussain Mir resident of Ali Park in Zadibal here, resulting in damage to the structure. “Fire tenders with the help of police and locals brought the blaze under control,” he said and added that there was no loss of life or injury to anyone.
