JAMMU, Mar 23: Bishnah police arrested two thieves and recovered stolen items from their possession, a police official said.
The arrested persons have been identified as Akhil Mahajan alias Munna, son of Subash Chander Gupta of Naugran, at present Bassi, Bari Brahmana and Rajan Kumar alias Baba, son of Moti Ram of Najwal, Bishnah.
Akhil Mahajan alias Munna was involvement in a case registered under FIR Number 34/19 with Police Station Bishnah, while Rajan Kumar alias Baba was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 37/19 with Police Station Bishnah.
On their disclosure, police also recovered stolen items.
Further questioning of the accused is going on to ascertain their involvement in other theft cases.
