SRINAGAR, June 6: Two women today attempted to commit suicide in Kashmir.
A police spokesman said a woman aged 45 of Kanelwan, Bijbehara, consumed poison at her home. She was immediately rushed to SMHS Hospital for treatment.
A15-year-old girl of Peerbal Frisal also consumed poison at her home in Kulgam. She was shifted to hospital for treatment.
The spokesman said cases have been filed in these suicide attempts.
