JAMMU, Jan 12: CJM Kathua Amarjeet Singh Langeh has awarded 2 years rigorous imprisonment in rash and negligent driving case.
According to the prosecution case, one Pritam Chand, son of Prem Chand of Chak Shazada in Kathua district lost life after his cycle was hit by a vehicle bearing registration No.JK02AC-2179, which was being driven rashly and negligently by one Rajeev Kumar, son of Vijay Kumar of Nanan Kathua.
After hearing both the sides, the court awarded rigorous imprisonment for two years to the driver.
