REASI, Oct 6: In a tragic road accident, two youth died when their Scorpio car rolled down in a deep gorge near Battel area of Arnas, here today.
The deceased were identified as Sourav Thakur, age 19 years, resident of Nagrota, Jammu and Vajitter Singh, age around 24 years, son of Prem Singh, resident of Thillu Mahore.
The Scorpio car JK02AX- 6036 was on way from Sawalkote to Gagger in tehsil Arnas when it met with the accident. Sourav Thakur, who was driving the car, apparently lost control over the steering and the vehicle slipped into a deep gorge resulting into on the spot death of both the persons.
With the help of locals, Police removed the dead bodies from completely damaged vehicle in the gorge.
