Srinagar, Nov 15: Twenty persons were injured in two different road accidents in the Valley today. A police spokesman said a bus JK01E/9631 turned turtle at Chaki Mujigund, Srinagar, resulting in injuries to 19 passengers, who were travelling in the bus. All the injured have been shifted to JVC Bemina for treatment, where from one injured has been referred to SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar for further treatment.
A Wagon-R UP70-R/1507 collided with a platform of Forest Department bearing registration number JK13B/1508 at Donipora, Anantnag, resulting in injuries to Abdul Rashid Turary son of Ghulam Mohammad of Bijbehara traveling in the car. The injured has been shifted to Sub District Hospital, Bijbehara for treatment.
The spokesman said cases have been registered in these accidents.
