JAMMU, June 25: The Government of Jammu & Kashmir today placed 20 Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) of Jal Shakti Department as Executive Engineers and consequently, ordered their transfers and postings. Further, 10 more AEEs were transferred and six were adjusted.
According to the order, those placed as Incharge Executive Engineers are Naseeb Chand (Incharge AEE Ranjit Sagar Dam/Shahpur Kandi Dam), Dev Raj Bhagat (I/c AEE Flood Control Division Akhnoor), Mohd Hanif (I/c AEE Rural Development Department on deputation basis), Showkat Hussain (I/c AEE Irrigation Sub-Division Poonch), Showkat Hussain (I/c AEE Flood Control Sub Division Awantipora), Zakir Hussain (I/c AEE IFC Sub-Division Banihal), Suneel Kumar Dhar (I/c AEE and TO to SE Hydraulic Circle Kathua), Vikas Mengi (I/c AEE Flood Control Division Jammu), Mohd Yousuf Khan (I/c AEE Hydraulic Division Bandipora) and Waris Ahmad Sheikh (I/c AEE and TO to Xen Water Supply Master Plan Division Srinagar).
The promotees also include Umesh Kumar Ganjoo (I/c AEE and TO to Xen Irrigation Division No. II Jammu), Vijay Singh Manhas (I/c AEE S&D (West) Jammu, Bashir Ahmad Rather (I/c AEE and TO to Xen Water Works Division Srinagar), Masood Ahmad Wani (I/c AEE Irrigation &FC Division Baramulla), Rakesh Kumar Gupta (I/c AEE and TO to Xen PHE Rural Division Jammu), Zaffar Mustafa Khan (I/c AEE and TO to Xen PHE Division Baramulla, Vinod Kumar (I/c AEE and TO to SE Hydraulic Circle Udhampur), Fayaz Ahmad Mehta (I/c AEE UEED Kashmir), Peerzada Shayeq Ahmad (I/c AEE Water Works Division Srinagar) and Sanjay Chopra (I/c AEE Ranjit Sagar Dam/Shahpur Kandi Dam.
Consequent upon this, these 20 engineers were adjusted/transferred/posted. The services of Naseeb Chand, Dev Raj Bhagat, Showkat Hussain, Vikas Mengi, Umesh Kumar Ganjoo, Fayaz Ahmad Mehta and Sanjay Chopra have been placed at the disposal of JKPDC for further posting in the Chenab Valley Power Projects (P) Limited while the service of Suneel Kumar Dhar has been placed at the disposal of Shahpur Kandi Dam. Further, Mohd Hanif has been posted as I/c Xen Irrigation &FC Division Poonch against an available vacancy while Showkat Hussain has been posted as I/c Xen J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority Jammu. However, the Officer shall resume the charge on 01-07-2022 after superannuation of Ghulam Mustafa.
Mohd Yousuf Khan has been posted as I/c Xen FBI Division Tangmarg, Waris Ahmad Sheikh as I/c Xen PHE Division Kupwara, Vijay Singh Manhas as I/c Xen PHE Division Udhampur vice Mohd Taj Choudhary, Bashir Ahmad Rather as I/c Xen PHE Division Budgam, Masood Ahmad Wani as I/c Xen JKPDC vice Mujeeb Tak, Rakesh Kumar Gupta as I/c Xen Irrigation Division Akhnoor, Zaffar Mustafa Khan as I/c Xen Flood Spill Channel Narbal, Mohd Taj Chowdhary as I/c Xen Flood Control Division Samba and Mujib Ahmad Tak as I/c Xen PHE Division Doda while Vinod Kumar has been posted as I/c Xen (TO to Chief Engineer) I&FC Jammu, However, the officer shall resume the charge on 01-08-2022 after superannuation of Anil Raina.
According to another other, AEE (Mechanical) Atul Chib (presently posted as TO to SE Jal Shakti Mechanical Urban Circle Jammu) has been transferred and posted as I/c AEE Mechanical Procurement Division Sub Division Jammu of MICD Jammu, AEE (Mech) Vikas Gupta (presently posted as PHE Mech Division South Sub Division III Jammu) as I/c AEE PHE Mech Rural Division Jammu, AEE (Mech) Ali Abzar (presently posted as PHE Mech Rural Division Jammu) as I/c AEE Sub Division II Lakhanpur, AEE (Mech) Jaswant S Khaira (presently posted as PHE Mechanical Procurement Division Jammu) as I/c AEE Sub Division II PHE Mech Rural Division Jammu and AEE (Mech) Shahid Latif Mir (presently posted in Sub Division II PHE Mech Rural Division Jammu) as I/c AEE PHE Sub-Division Rajouri.
Further, AEE (Civil) Suresh Kumar (presently posted in Irrigation Division Rajouri Sub Division Investigation) has been posted as I/c AEE DIQC Jammu, AEE (Mech) Vishal Verma (presently posted at TO to Xen Mechanical Division RTIC Jammu) as I/c AEE TWID Sub Division III against Kirpal Singh retiring on 30-06-2022, AEE (Mech) Jagtar Krishan Singh (presently posted as Mechanical Irrigation Division Jammu) as TO to Xen Mech Division RTIC Jammu vice Vishal Verma, AEE (Mech) Dalip Wali (presently posted at Mech Procurement Division Sub Division Jammu of MICD Jammu) as I/c AEE Mechanical Irrigation Division Jammu vice Jagtar Krishan Singh and I/c AEE (Civil) Sunil Seth (presently posted in PHE Sub Division Bishnah) as I/c AEE PHE Sub Division Doda.
