SRINAGAR, Oct 27: The Government has accorded promotion to the twenty three (23) KAS officers in the next Selection Grade of the cadre.
Those promoted are- Anju Gupta, Sandesh Kumar Sharma, Showkat Ahmed Rather, Ashiq Hussain Lily, Dr Nargis Suraiya, Sher Singh, Naseer Ahmed Wani, Shbir Hussain Keen, Sachin Dev Singh, Malikzada Sheraz-ul-Haq, Ghanshyam Singh, Joginder Singh Rai, Ranjeet Singh, Surinder Mohan, Tashi Dolma, Deep Raj, Champa Devi, Dr Parvez Ahmed Raina, Shahnaz Akhtar, Rajneesh Kumar, Suram Chand, Tilak Raj and Bilal Khurhseed.
