JAMMU, Feb 22: Electric Sub Division-I, JPDCL, Green Belt conducted inspection and cut off 239 numbers of connections, which were defaulting in payment of outstanding dues.
Inspection of the installation was conducted on the directions of the Executive Engineer, Electric Division II Gandhi Nagar Jammu, P D Singh. Team of the officials conducted inspection drive in Shastri Nagar, Trikuta Nagar, Bahu Fort, Gandhi Nagar, Channi Himmat, Nanak Nagar, Narwal, Transport Nagar and Sunjwan Bathindi.
A spokesperson of the JPDCL has once again appealed all Electric consumers to clear their outstanding dues at the earliest in order to avoid the disconnections.
