Srinagar, Dec 28: Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone, A.G Mir today ordered the promotion of 24 Assistant Sub Inspectors to Sub Inspectors and 71 Selection Grade Constables to head Constables.
A police spokesman said these officials were earlier brought on promotion list “E” and list C-II respectively.
The IGP felicitated the newly promoted personnel and their families and urged them to work with more dedication and devotion in the interest of public peace and welfare.
