SRINAGAR, June 15: As many as 24 guests from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) arrived here this afternoon while only one Kashmiri crossed over to other side of the Line of Control (LoC) to meet their relatives, separated in 1947.
Meanwhile, 68 returnees also crossed sides at the Kaman post, the last Indian military post on this side of the LoC, official sources said this evening.
He said 24 PoK residents arrived at Kaman post after crossing the Aman Setu, peace bridge on foot to meet their relatives here. They included five women and nine children. Nine Kashmiris, who had gone to PoK also returned to their homes after completing stay across the LoC. They included three women also.
Sources said only one woman from Kashmir crossed over to other side while 59 residents of PoK, who had come here in previous buses returned to their homes after completing stay here. They included 17 women and 18 children.
