25 bags of paddy stolen, vehicle seized

JAMMU, Dec 17: Thieves decamped with 25 bags of paddy from a shop in Khour Deonia village, falling under the jurisdiction of Miran Sahib police station.
As per police sources, a person namely Bodh Raj, son of Munshi Ram, a resident of Khour Deonia lodged a complaint with police station Miran Sahib stating that some unidentified persons have stolen 25 bags of paddy from his shop at Khour Deonia.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 182/16 under Section 379 RPC has been registered at police station Miran Sahib and the load carrier bearing registration number JK02BD-3591 reportedly used in theft case has been seized by the police.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
