KATHUA, May 5: Twenty five students were injured one of them seriously when a bus, in which they were traveling from Chandigarh to Jammu met an accident near here this morning.
The students were from Jammu who had gone to Chandigarh to participate in Pre Medical Entrance test. They were returning from Chandigarh and after reaching Kathua the bus bearing number JK02 BP 3149 met an accident resulting in injury to 25 students.
The injured were admitted in District Hospital Kathua while one student who had received multiple injuries was referred to GMC Jammu for treatment. However later the parents of the students after hearing the news reached Kathua from Jammu and shifted their wards to GMC for treatment.
