JAMMU, May 27: A 25 years old woman succumbed to her burn injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) here this evening.
According to reports, the woman namely Santuri, wife of Billa, resident of Bihar, at present, Gum Pul, set herself ablaze at her home.
She was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) with 97 per cent burn injuries, where she failed to respond to the treatment and died.
However, reason behind such extreme step cannot be ascertained yet while a case under relevant sections stands registered at concerned Police Station.
