JAMMU, Dec 12: The Government today issued promotion orders of 28 Section Officers in the Civil Secretariat as Under Secretaries, Gazetted Service -1 in the pay level 8 (47600-151100) with retrospective effect.
The order to this effect was issued by GAD here on the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee/ J&K Public Service Commission.
The officers promoted as Under Secretaries included Ali Mohammed Khan, Arshad Hussian Bhat, Nasir Bilal Shah, Abdul Rehman Bhat, Mukhtar Ahmed Bhat, Fayaz Ahmed Qureshi, Mohan Lal Sharma, Nighat Payeen, Pamposh Ganjoo, Subhash Chander Koul, Saroj Khah, Firdousa Jan, Mohammad Abdullah Waggay, Dharam Paul, Fayaz Ahmed Bhat, Thanaji Bhat, Nazir Ahmed Rather, Bishan Dass, Raj Kumari, Mohammed Ashraf Shah, Anil Sharma, Syed Arshad Hussain, Virender Kumar Bhat, Sat Paul, Rajinder Kumar, Abid Khan, Mohammed Rajab Malik and Hamid Hameed.
