JAMMU, Sept 10: Three persons including a dhaba owner have been arrested for consuming liquor publicly.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Bishnah Police Station conducted raid in a dhaba at KC Morh and apprehended three persons including dhaba owner for consuming liquor publicly inside the dhaba.
The arrested persons have been identified as Rattan Lal, son of Bihari Lal of Smailpur Kothey, Harjeet Singh, son of Jagat Singh of Chatha and Pawan Kumar (dhaba owner), son of Kirpal Singh of KC Morh, Bishnah.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered against them at Bishnah Police Station and investigation started.
