KATHUA, July 26: Police today arrested three villagers for breaching canal channel of Irrigation Department in Mirpur area of Hiranagar.
The action was taken after Tehsil Irrigation authorities at Hiranagar lodged an FIR with the police after breach in the canal few days back. After investigation the police arrested all the three accused. They were identified as Subash Chander, Suresh Kumar and Ganesh Dass, all residents of Mirpur.
