KATHUA, Dec 25: Hiranagar police rescued 3 bovine animals and arrested two persons.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Hiranagar police station laid a naka near Dayalachak and intercepted a Mahindra vehicle.
During checking, police rescued 3 bovine animals from the vehicle and arrested two persons on the spot, who have been identified as Omkar Singh of Kathua and Manzoor Ahmed of Ramkote.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Hiranagar police station and investigation started.
