JAMMU, Sept 25: Satwari police today rescued three bovine animals and arrested two bovine animals.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Satwari Police Station led by SHO Hassan Kamaal laid a naka near Belicharana and intercepted a Tata mobile bearing registration number JK02BC-4886.
During checking, police rescued three bovine animals and arrested two smugglers, who have been identified as Laqyqat Ali, son of Mohammad Shafi of RS Pura and Bashir Ahmed, son of Fajal Din of Belicharana.
A case under FIR number 170/13 and under Section 188 RPC has been registered at Satwari Police Station and investigation started.
