SAMBA, July 1 : Under the overall supervision of SSP Samba, Benam Tosh, police has arrested three criminals involved in attempt to murder cases registered at Police Station (PS) Ramgarh and Police Station (PS) Samba.
They have been identified as Rattan Singh son of Jodh Singh of Dabuj Kaka tehsil Ramgarh, Narinder Singh son of Rattan Singh of Dabuj Kaka tehsil Ramgarh and Gulshan Kumar, son of Dev Raj of Manano tehsil and district Samba.
The accused Rattan Singh and Narinder Singh have been arrested in case FIR No. 36/2023 u/s 307/323/504/506 IPC, 4/25 Arms Act of Police Station Ramgarh whereas accused Gulshan Kumar has been arrested in case FIR No. 153/2023 u/s 307/323/427/451 IPC of Police Station Samba.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Benam Tosh said that lawlessness is not acceptable in civilized society and all criminals who take law in their own hands and commit murderous attack would be brought to book and would be arrested under law.
