KATHUA, Feb 9: “There is need to listen and follow the teaching of Vedas which are universally applicable to all human beings, irrespective of caste, colour and creed” said Swami Ram Swaroop Ji Yoga Acharaya while preaching the teaching of Vedas on the conclusion of three days long Yagya at here ,today.
In the three -days long Yagya devotees from Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, Himachal and Punjab participated and offered their Ahuties amidst the chanting of Ved Mantras. Swami Ji in his sermons exhorted the devotees to follow the Vedic path. Holy Vedas have directly emanated from God and Vedic teachings are about peace and universal brotherhood.
The citizens should imbibe the virtues and conduct which Lord Rama stood for and should excel in both material and spiritual pursuits, said Swami Ji.
Further he stressed that the study of Vedas should be made a part of school curriculum and children from the younger age should inculcate pursuits of spirituality. The Vedic Knowledge amongst the Children is more relevant today because of perpetual violence & hatred in the society.
Former Minister, Rajeev Jasrotia was the Yajman of this three days auspicious Yagya and also presented the sketch of Swami Ji prepared by Navdeep to Yoga Aacharaya at the culmination of holy Yagya.
