UDHAMPUR, June 8: A large number of people flocked to Panchari block in Udhampur district as famous three- day Ruhaani Patti Mundi Dhaar Mela commenced here today with religious fervour and gaiety.
Thousands of people hailing from at least five districts of Jammu division thronged the picturesque holy place of Ruhaani Patti in Panchari tehsil and experienced the nature’s wonderful bliss and spirituality at “Ruhaani Patti ” which means spiritual forest.
