JAMMU, Sept 15: The Government has granted three days’ Special Casual Leave (SCL) in favour of Jammu-based employees posted in Kashmir valley to ensure they vote in their respective Assembly constituencies.

As per an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), the employees of Doda, Ramban and Kishtwar districts have been granted the SCL from September 17 to September 19, 2024. Polling in these areas will be held on September 18, 2024.
The employees of Reasi, Rajouri and Poonch districts, which are going to polls on September 25 have been granted three days’ SCL from September 24 to September 26.
Similarly, the employees of Jammu, Udhampur, Kathua and Samba districts, which are going to polls on October 1 have been given three days’ SCL from September 30 to October 2.
