SRINAGAR, May 24: Police arrested three notorious drug peddlers from the Baramulla district.
A police spokesman said that in its drive against the drug peddling Baramulla police arrested three notorious drug peddlers Fayaz Ahmad Dar son of Mohammad Sultan resident of Ganie Hamam, Bilal Ahmad Sofi son of Mohammad Shaban Sofi resident of Jalal Sahib and Mohammad Amin Najar son of Ghulam Ahmad Najar resident of Banglow Bagh Baramulla.
“The drug peddlers were active in drug peddling and were arrested several times by the Baramulla police and FIRs were registered against them. The drug peddlers were involved in number of cases and were supplying the drugs amongst the school going students and youth in Baramulla town,” said the police spokesman.
