KATHUA, Aug 28: Three teenage girls were injured after the scooty they were riding on was hit by a motor cycle at Jammu -Pathankote National Highway near Chanarorian falling under Rajbagh Police Station.
The trio were identified as Shamili, D/o Kulbeer Singh, Rimpy D/o Radha Krishan and Birta D/o Brij Lal residents of Mirpur. They all are 17 years of age. The motor cyclist identified as Lekh Raj, 50 was also injured in the accident. All the four were admitted in DH Kathua where from Lekh Raj was alter discharged after giving first aid but the three girls are still undergoing treatment there.
The Rajbagh Police has registered a case under relevant Sections of the law and seized both the two wheelers.
