3 held at Nagrota were taking cash for terror financing

JAMMU, Nov 17: Police today said all three persons from South Kashmir who were arrested yesterday at Ban Toll Plaza in Nagrota along Jammu-Srinagar National Highway with Rs 43 lakh cash were Over Ground Workers (OGWs) of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) outfit.
SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli revised the cash recovered from three OGWs of South Kashmir from Rs 42 lakh to Rs 43 lakh.
The cash was meant for terror financing, Kohli said.
As already reported, three terror operatives were arrested from an Innova car while travelling from Punjab to South Kashmir along with Rs 43 lakh cash at Nagrota.
They were taking the cash to South Kashmir for terror financing.
