SAMBA, Sept 15: Acting tough against the anti-social elements to curb their activities, Samba Police arrested three persons from Sehzadpur-Sarwa road in the jurisdiction of PS Ramgarh for causing nuisance in a public place and booked them for committing affray.
A police party of PS Ramgarh, while performing routine patrolling duty in Ramgarh and its adjoining area found three persons committing affray by positioning their Santro Car bearing Registration Number PB10BT-9522 in the middle of Sehzadpur-Sarwa Road near Bandral, Ramgarh causing nuisance and disturbance in the busy road. The trio found causing road traffic nuisance, disturbing the peace while fighting at public place which leads to unreasonable inconvenience to passer by and general public.
The accused persons identified as Sushil Kumar, S/o Karam Chand of Bandral, Ramgarh, Dilbagh Singh S/o Sartaj Singh R/o Bandral, Ramgarh, Jaswant Singh, S/o Kernail Singh of Govindgarh, Ramgarh have been arrested on spot. In this connection, a case FIR No. 108/2020 U/S 160 IPC has been registered at PS Ramgarh and investigation taken up.
