JAMMU, Jan 18: Govern-ment today ordered transfers and postings of three IAS officers with immediate effect.
According to the order, Pramod Kumar Jain, on his repatriation from the Central deputation, has been posted as Chairman, J&K Special Trib-unal, relieving Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary to the Government, Environment and Ecology Department of the additional charge.
Bharat Bhushan Vyas on his promotion to the Fixed Scale, has been posted as Financial Commissioner, Information, Hospitality and Protocol and Civil Aviation Departments. He will also additional charge of the Administrative Secretary for the Estates Department.
Nirmal Sharma awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department, relieving Shailendra Kumar, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department of the additional charge.
