REASI, Jan 14: Three persons were critically injured when a tractor carrying them, turned turtle and the trio came under its trolley near Kanha Chowk at Lerh in Pouni, here today.
It took more than an hour to rescue the injured who were partially buried under the tractor and bleeding profusely. After hectic efforts, the trio was evacuated after lifting the tractor with the help of a JCB.
The injured, identified as Mandeep Singh son of Darshan Singh of Lerh, Mushtaq Mohd son of Dil Mohd of Lerh and Raj Kumar son of Gian Chand of Tali Morh, were shifted to district hospital where doctors referred them to GMC hospital Jammu in view of their critical condition.
Mushtaq Mohd was driving the tractor while the two others were sitting on it.
