3 injured in mishaps

SRINAGAR, July 6: Three persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Ganderbal and Kulgam districts of the Valley, police said.
A police spokesman said that a motorcycle bearing registration number JK15/3740 collided with an Army vehicle bearing registration number 04C071329M at Lar in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist identified as Mohammad and pillion mate identified as Jahangir Ahmad Mallik. Both the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment
In another incident, Magic Van bearing registration number JK18/7169 hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Fareeda Begum near Gopal Pora in Kulgam district of South Kashmir. He said the injured lady was shifted to hospital for treatment.
Police have registered separate cases in both the incidents.
