POONCH, Feb 26: Three persons were injured when a water tanker met with an accident in Bhainch area of Poonch today.
Official sources said that the tanker turned turtle after it fell down from road, resulting injuries to the three persons who were taken to District Hospital, Poonch for treatment.
The injured were identified as Mukhtyar Ahmed (36), son of Mohd Ibrahim; Mohd Irshad (18) and Mohd Dahood (20), both sons of Abdullah Sheikh, all residents of Sawjian in Mandi tehsil of Poonch district.
Medical Superintendent District Hospital, Poonch, Dr Zulfiqar Ali said that first- aid has been given to all injured, one among them is having chest trauma while all are under observation and out of danger. Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance.
