SAMBA, Dec 7: Three people were injured in a road mishap when their scooty hit a pedestrian at Supwal area of Samba near here, today.
According to the Police, the mishap occurred at Jammu -Pathankot National Highway near Supwal area of Samba district, when a scooty without Registration Number hit a pedestrian namely Ashok Kumar, son of Shiv Ram resident of Supwal, as result pedestrian got injured.
The two persons who were riding on scooty namely Gurveen Singh, son of SK Dutta and Dhanveer Singh, son of Ajit Singh both residents of Gadigarh Jammu also got injured. They were shifted to Accidental Hospital Vijaypur by the people where from doctors referred them to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
In this regard Police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
