JAMMU, Feb 21: Three persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, a pedestrian identified as Banarsi Dass (75) of Arnia was injured when a scooter hit him at village Chibbochak falling under the limits of police station Bishnah.
At Baghe Bahu in city outskirts, a youth identified as Sunil Sharma (27) son of Purshotam Lal, a resident of Miran Sahib received injuries when his bike was hit by an unknown vehicle.
A youth also suffered injuries when the scooty he was riding on got slipped at Akhnoor Bridge. The injured youth has been identified as Sumit (26) son of Kishore Kumar, a resident of Akhnoor.
All three injured persons were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. In all cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance.
