SAMBA, Nov 25: Three persons were injured in two road accidents in different places in Samba district today.
A Tavera car bearing registration number JK02AQ8848 hit a pedestrian at Rakh Amb near Kabir temple. The pedestrian identified as Kamal Jeet, son of Des Raj of Mawa was injured and he was shifted to District Hospital Samba for treatment, police said.
Police said two persons were injured after their motor bike bearing number JK02AF 9324 which was on way from Vijaypur to Bari Brahmana was hit by a Super Fast Bus this after noon.
They injured were identified as Manjit alias Anku, 20 son of Mohan Lal of Gowal Bari Brahmana and Lovely Sharma , 22, son of Lal Chand of Gowal. While Manjit who got serious injuries was referred to GMC Jammu for treatment another youth received normal injury and was given the first aid at a local hospital at Vijaypur. The police has registered cases in both the accidents.
