JAMMU, Feb 9: Three persons were injured in two separate road mishaps in city and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, a 26-year old youth got injured in a collision of a scooty and a car at Shaheedi Chowk. The injured youth identified as Sanjay Kumar (26), son of Kuldeep Kumar of Bahu Fort, was immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment.
Two persons were also injured when their bikes collided with each other in Sainik Colony area. The injured youths identified as Kuldeep Kumar (25) of Phalain Mandaal and Brijesh Kumar (19) son of Munna, a resident of MP (at present Channi) were shifted to GMCH for treatment.
Meanwhile, one person was also injured when a heavy vehicle of BSF collided with a truck near Kali Mata Temple at Chethani Chowk in district Udhampur. The injured has been identified as driver of the truck namely Makhan Singh (26) son of Anchal Singh of Barnoti. He was shifted to District Hospital for treatment.
In all cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance.
