3 injured in road mishaps

JAMMU, Dec 12: Three persons were injured in separate road mishaps in different parts of Jammu region.
According to a police spokesperson, a young girl identified as Reetika (18) daughter of Mohinder Singh, a resident of Narayani Mohalla (Kacchi Chawni), Jammu, received injuries when the scooty she was riding on got slipped at Sidhra area of city outskirts. She was immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
A nine year old boy namely Adin, son of Kashmira, a resident of New Plot also received minor injuries when an unknown vehicle hit him at Rehari Colony. He was rushed to GMCH Jammu, where after providing first aid, he was discharged.
In another incident, a speeding truck hit a bike at Thalora area falling under the jurisdiction of police station Chingus in Rajouri district, and left injured his rider namely Fazal Rahman (20) son of Mohd Latif, a resident of Rajouri. The man is undergoing treatment at GMCH Jammu.
In all the cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
