JAMMU, Apr 2: Ministry of Home Affairs today ordered appointment of three former J&K cadre (now AGMUT) IPS officers as Additional Director Generals of Police (ADGPs) in the Central Armed Paramilitary Forces (CAPFs).
As per an order, Satish Shriramaji Khandare, Inspector General, BSF, has been appointed as Additional Director General, BSF from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and upto July 11, 2028 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

It has been further ordered that Rajesh Kumar, IG CRPF has been appointed as ADGP CRPF from the date of assumption of charge of the post and up to March 18, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Tsewang Nagiyal Kalon, IGP SSB has also been appointed as ADGP BSF from the date of assumption of charge of the post and up to September 15, 2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, said the order. The officer, as per the order, counts his deputation tenure with effect from September 16, 2022.
