3 JKAS officers recalled from Ladakh

JAMMU, Apr 13: The J&K Government today recalled three Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) officers from the Union Territory of Ladakh.
Consequent upon the recalling of the officers to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the Government also placed the services of three Junior Scale JKAS officers at the disposal of the Union Territory of Ladakh, on deputation basis.
As per an order, the JKAS officers who have been recalled to the UT of Jammu and Kashmir are Mohammad Hanief, Tariq Ahmad Malik, and Manoj Kumar while the officers whose services have been placed at the disposal of the UT of Ladakh, on deputation basis are Akshay Sharma, BDO Lamberi, Rajouri, Vivek Rattan, BDO Ramsoo, Ramban, and Mohit Sharma, BDO Thannamandi.
Additionally, it has been ordered that the services of the officers deputed to UT of Ladakh shall be for a period of two years or till they are recalled, whichever is earlier.
Further, the lien and promotion prospects of the officers shall remain with their parent department during the period of deputation as per the order.
It has been also ordered that the officers shall be entitled to avail incentives as may be made available in due course of time, and they shall be deemed to have been relieved with immediate effect with the directions to report to the General Administration Department, Union Territory of Ladakh, for further posting.
