JAMMU, Sept 14: High Court today ordered promotion of three Judicial Officers as per the decision taken in a Full Court meeting held recently.
As per the orders issued by Registrar General, Mohammad Yousaf Khan, Principal Secretary to Chief Justice, has been placed in the Super Time Scale of the J&K Higher Judicial Service with effect from July 28, 2015.
Similarly, Mohammad Ali Khan, Principal District and Sessions Judge Shopian and Pawan Dev Kotwal, Director Judicial Academy, have been placed in the Selection Grade of J&K Higher Judicial Service with effect from July 14 and July 28, 2015 respectively.
